Hi,
My name is Marie, 34 year old and I'm French. I live with my boyfriend in Bordeaux, France, and would like to take couchsurfing as an opportunity to meet new people and discover different perspectives. I don't travel as much as I would like to (probably my fault) but I try to get away on weekends every once in a while, even in France, which is a beautiful country.

I recently decided to reconnect with the Couchsurfing website, which I haven't really tried on so far... During car-pooling, I started to chat with the driver, who travelled a lot and uses a lot couchsurfing, as a way to meet people and discover new cultures. It felt so inspiring that I realized it was about time I opened myself a little bit more... Plus, I really love travelling and regret that I don't get to travel more, so it made sense to let travel come to me!

兴趣

I am a pretty standard person, as I like reading, going to the movies, eating (!) and spending time with my friends and family. I also practice rock climbing with my boyfriend, which is why we are looking for a new home in a more "rocky" place. I enjoy hiking, especially in the mountains, and pretty much everything related to nature. Aaaand I love hearing about travel stories too!
