Hi there, my name is Marie!

I'm a happy and positive person, I like to see the bright side of any situation, life is simpler than we think!

I believe everyone has a mission on earth. Mine is to spread love, positivity and happiness. What's yours?

My biggest passion is undeniably adventure travel! I love to travel far from the famous travel spots. That's where I live the most memorable adventures. One day, I decided to share my experience with everyone (sharing is caring as we say) as I wanted people to feel the same emotions I felt when I travelled. That's how my business Just Boarded was born. My aim is to make a positive impact in the world by helping adventurers travel in a way that honours and supports people while protecting the environment.

Today, I'm a citizen of the world. From Brazil to Nepal, I travel around the world as much as I can to live amazing experiences and meet incredible people!

Although I can't host anyone at the moment (I don't even have a home!), I love meeting new people. I believe you can be inspired and learn from everyone.

A few things I can't live without :

* Adventure
Leaving my comfort zone, exploring new places and discovering how other communities live is essential for me. You learn so much through others so it's important to be open-minded.

* Hiking
I'm the kind of person who likes to be active and explore new places so I'm used to walk everywhere. I like to take streets/paths/roads that I've never taken before. That's how you discover unique places! I love trekking in nature, especially in the mountains.

* Music
I wake up and fall asleep with music. Music bonds people together, it creates emotions and makes me feel happy (especially if I can dance at the same time) !

* Food
Food is life. I love food (especially healthy food!). Because of small health issues, I have a strict diet (no gluten, lactose or meat). However, it pushed me to be more creative by inventing tasty recipes to replace what I can't eat. So now, cooking is a real pleasure, especially when I can share it with others :)
