ABOUT ME

I'm a dutch sanitary engineer, working at a Dutch drinking water company. As for now, I've lived in Ghana and Mozambique, but i plan to be living all across the world in the comming years. I'm very passionate about water treatment, especially about the resources that lay currently untouched in our wastewater.

Apart from my work I love dancing. One of the main reasons why i loved being in Ghana/Mozambique is that almost everyone is a great dancer and that people dance all the time. Especially when I'm travelling, I try to get as much as possible out of the local nightlife.

Next to dancing I like having nice dinners. I'm not a great cook, regretably, but I'm still learning;)

Besides, I just like to meet nice people, see beautiful places while having fun there and when possible, to be a bit useful to the places I visit as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been surfing a few times, but generally i use couchsurfing to meet people when I move into a new place, or just to meet people to go out with. So far, i have met the nicest people, and I hope to keep on meeting many many people via cs the comming years

Just the feeling that everywhere you can find a comforatble group of people around you, is amazing. Though, when a dolphin jumped over my wooden kano at Ilha de Mozambique, i was pretty amazed..
