About Me

I studied primary education at the University of Bologna, where I lived for a few years, participating among other things, in the Socrates Erasmus program which let me live and study for 10 months in Malaga, where I learned Spanish, a language I adore even if I don't have many opportunities to practice.
In 2010 I did volunteer civil service in an educational center for disabled people, an experience that totally changed my perspective on work. Once I graduated, I worked as an educator with disabled children and adults, both at school and several centers.

I've always tried to travel even when I haven't had a lot of time. The desire to learn about new cultures and ways of life, visting new places with their new tastes, colors, and smels, has always been a part of my nature.
I travelled alone for a brief period and this experience has given me stregth. In this period I began a path of self-exploration travelling in France and Italy.

Sharing my energy with other people, a simple way of life, self-sufficiency and harmony with nature have always been themes that fascinated me and brought me to learn about the ecovillage and intentional community movements, above all in Italy.

Love for children and their path of evolution, the things they continually manage to teach me, brought me to discover homeschooling and the democratic school, the kinds of education which come closest to yy own ideas about school.

I feel like I'm on a train on its way to a destination not yet defined, but the view out the window is in any case marvellous.

Interests

Mi piace l'espressione artistica in genere, in particolare teatro e pittura.
