I am a Norwegian girl currently living in Berlin where I do my PhD in physics. I love to travel, meet new people and explore new places (as everyone else involved in CS, I guess...), so I'm very happy to be able to live abroad and do awesome science at the same time.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I've been couchsurfing in Norway, Germany, Taiwan and Vietnam, and only had positive experiences. When I moved to Berlin and didn't know anyone I attended many events and got to know the city and people through that. The couchsurfing-community in Johannesburg also gave me an awesome time while I lived there.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Between august 2009 and may 2010 I spent a lot of time outdoors, almost 60 days allthogether. It's really something special to see the norternlights when you´re far away from civilization and there's no other light to disturb.
