CURRENT MISSION

My mission... enjoy life, serve God, bless people, in everything, be happy, thankful and loving. Oh, and definitely have fun while doing all of that.

ABOUT ME

All? Seriously? Nah.. I will choose what I say, and choose it with pride and careful consideration. Some parts of me must remain a secret or I must at least leave room for others to find out more about me.

I love love LOVE to sing. I am actually quite good at it as well, if I do say so myself. I could sing all day long, I WOULD sing all day long, but sadly this can not be done. If only I could do it for living, I would be the happiest girl you'll ever meet.

I have been brought up in a Christian family and I have been a Christian basically my whole life, of course with ups and downs. I am not a Jehova's witness, nor a Mormon, just a plain Christian who believes what's written in the Bible. I actually can not imagine how very different my life would be without faith, without God, but since my life is pretty much perfect now, I am happy I chose this path. :)

I sing in a gospel choir, which is called Living Stone. I love it with all my heart - the music, the people, the songs, the messages in the songs, the everything. It's absolutely brilliant.

I am a very sarcastic person. When you meet me, you will find it out for yourself. I try to pull it back and not be mean, but it's hard. Sarcasm has become a very big part of my life. If you can't handle it.. I am able to not shoot you with it, just tell me! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am so-so new to this, my friends told me to look into it, when I told them I need accommodation in Paris. As for now I will be surfing, but when I move out of my parents' home, I hope to lend my couch to you lot as well.

Interests

Mostly everything singing related.
Some TV series (Currently 'Chuck' and I just finished the last episodes of 'How I Met Your Mother' and also 'Modern Family' :)
Organizing things, I have helped out an organization called Crescendo and it's fun.

There is definitely more, but you know, I panicked so I can't remember.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been able to watch my little sister grow up.. well, she's only almost six, but it is quite amazing how fast time goes by when you have such a little nugget at home. :)
