Hi! My name is Marina and I'm an enthusiastic and open-minded girl who loves travelling and meeting people from around the world. I'm a student of Literary Studies in the University of Barcelona.
My interests are music, dancing, playing the piano, reading, writing, watching tv shows and art in general.

The thing that I like the most while travelling is meeting people from that place and learn about them and their culture so I love the concept of couchsurfing because it's a really interesting way to meet people.

And I love having friends all over the world!

I don't have a well-defined favourite music genre but I mostly listen to pop, rock and indie music. Between my favourites bands you can find the Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes and The Lumineers.

I love cinema but I don't watch it as much as I would like to. My favourites films are Amélie and Spirited Away, I love animation movies. I'm also a big fan of the tv series Sherlock from the BBC.

Reading is one of my biggest hobbies, so here's a list of some authors that I like a lot: Carlos Ruiz Zafón, George Orwell, Oscar Wilde, Kafka, Carmen Laforet, Federico García Lorca... I also love reading poetry.

I can share a good company, I can teach some spanish and catalan and I can cook some spanish food.
I love talking about anything and having interesting conversations, and I love to learn from different points of view.
