First glance impression of me is that I'm short, animated, and approachable! A closer look reveals my conversationalist nature, a deep desire for exploration, and a healthy dash of mischievousness.

I read (non-fiction) books, studies, and (at times) blogs.

I like to discover art (literary books, paintings, music, film, sculptures, architecture, etc), new topics to learn, hobbies or skills to pick up, places to see (and possibly live at!), people to get to know!

I have great stamina for plenty a things, most notably of all: conversations! If conversations were an artform I would've been an artist by birth!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I told a friend how "when travelling with airbnb, hotels, and the like, I always feel like a *tourist*, but when I travel with CS, I feel like a *guest* in the country!"

The difference being that tourism now entails seeing the museums and architecture of a country, but staying within the same bubble you already in - barely meeting any locals, or getting an idea of what life really is like in the country. Being a guest doesn't give you the Full Experience of living there, but you get a more "insider" experience, meeting locals, learning of facts and places and foods that you won't as easily find about online.

What I Can Share with Hosts

It should be a given that I'd be more than happy to cook for the host and have the common sense to clean up after me XD You can just tell me your favorite meals, point me to a grocery store and I'll take care of the rest :)
