Like for all people life is not always easy ...but I'll try to be positive.
Some times it works and some times not which means: I'm on my way!

Some times I really enjoy being on my own just relaxing. But I also love to spend time with my friends and my daughters, talking, cooking, eating and sometimes sipping a glass of champagne or red wine, a cup of coffee or green tea or whatever is adequate - depends on the occasion, time of the year and the people I'm with =)

Hamburg is a city with a huge variety of cultural events. I love to join all kind of festivals, markets and special celebrations like CSD, carnivals of cultures, ALTONALE, STAMP, political Cabaret, Hamburger Filmfest, etc and I love to go dancing. I also love all kind of spa (wellness) like Sauna, Hamam, massage, therm, steam, etc.
- one of the poor good things of winter season...

I love nature, walking around or riding my bike. Therefore, I'm living close to the greenest city of Germany ;) and my flat is just two minutes away from agricultural zones.

Musica, film e libri

I nearly like all kind of music including classic ...but I LOVE afro, afroamerican and southamerican music especially Reggae, RnB, Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Bachata, Jazz and Swing - at the end all kind of music that inspires me to move my body ;-)

Low budget film/documentations

Lately I'm into all kind of political cabaret. I love Tevor Noah, John Oliver and some German cabaret artists.

Having born and raised up my two wonderful girls!

...and gained an already grown up big boy child :-)

Insegna, impara, condividi

Being a mom for more than 20 years teaching became a habit ;-)

But I never give up listening, thinking and changing my mind.

I'm a vegetarian out of many reasons and I live mainly on organic and local products. I learn every day new things about environmental damage and wrong consumer manners. About the corrupt market, the missing (inter)national assistance and the results of the absence of political welfare. The least I can do is change my own behaviour trying to make this world a better place =)
