A healthy body and mind are very important to me. Since I remember, I was always interested in several sports, was adventures and always curious. This didn't change. Today, I am still always looking for new challenges, experiences and knowledge. I like to push myself out of my comfort zone and improve myself wherever possible. A few years ago I started a journey, which lead me to more awareness and mindfulness. My thoughts are now much quieter. I love to meet like minded people and exchange knowledge ad interests.
