ABOUT ME

Marine: I'm a 23 years old female. I grew up in the eastern France, not far from the Swiss.
I just graduated with a MS in Bioinformatics Engineering, and I started a PhD in Biostatistics a few months ago. My research interests include breast cancer and medical applications.
Nicolas and I spent seven months in Montreal for our studies. It makes us want to travel around the world. We visited Canada, New york, Cuba, a part of europe and this year we plan to go to Croatia.
I love good meals with friends (I love stealing food from Nicolas' plate), I love cheese (obviously, I am French) and cooking (especially pastries). I like to go exploring, hiking tours and doing sport, especially when it's snowy! But I also like to sleep late and spend the evening watching movies or reading a book.

Nico:

I'm 24 and I've just finished my engineering studies.
I work in wind electricity production.

I like to go out for walking, hiking or jogging depending on my temper :).
I really appreciate beautiful landscapes and natural expeditions, in mountain, forest or along the see. I'm always ready to spend time cooking and I share Marine's passion for cheese.
When It's evening, I like having a rest and waiting for the sleep with a good book.

I'm also interested in geopolitics and alter-globalization, eastern culture and religions, history, geography, ...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have been hosted in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa.
Since we live in Paris we are beginning to host couchsurfers, so do not hesitate to contact us !

兴趣

Marine: Traveling (of course!),sciences, dance, music, cooking, laughing, making lists of things to do. I'm intersted in many sports (capoeira, gymnastic, sky, snowboard, swimming, mountain bike,...).
I like anything with chocolate or maple butter.

Nicolas:

Jogging, skiing, Marine and I have just strated to practise capoeira.
