About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get a job in my new hometown.

ABOUT ME

I'm pretty much the most laid back tightly wound person you'd ever meet. I'm a jazz musician (laid back), but I'm also a former Marine and devout Catholic.
Above all, nearly everything I say is either tongue-in-cheek or sarcastic.
Oh, and I LOVE COFFEE. :D Yes, I'm a North-Easterner to the core.

PHILOSOPHY

There is more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am helping to participate by offering the pleasure of my company to whomever may choose to host me. :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed with two hosts, and I'm currently dating one of them.

Interests

I play piano, write and record. I like to play soccer, basketball, volleyball, or whatever sport is being played at the moment. I like nature hikes and spy movies and spy craft. So yes, I'm probably listening to your conversations.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I am well known for my terrible taste in movies. I'll watch anything. Yes, I enjoyed watching G Force.
Music: Lots of stuff. I listen to rock, country, pop, some rap and hip/hop. I'm into The Asteroids Galaxy Tour at the moment.
Books: C.S. Lewis, G.K. Chesterton, among others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ran a marathon. Two of them, actually. I consider that one of my greatest achievements.

Teach, Learn, Share

The wisest man that ever lived, Socrates (second to Jesus, of course), would not presume to teach, so neither do I. That being said... :) Honestly, though, I think that listening is the important thing. It's not about figuring out things in your own mind; the more important thing is figuring out who to listen to.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Iraq, Japan, Kenya, Switzerland, Tanzania, United States
