I'm a native New Yorker who worked in the fashion industry for 9 years. More importantly, I'm a foodie who loves going out to eat. Dessert (especially chocolate) is my one true love. I also enjoy karaoke, socializing at bars, watching movies, baking, hiking, biking, and relaxing in parks.

In 2015, I rediscovered my love of traveling by visiting San Francisco. So in 2016, I began traveling more heavily: Las Vegas, Portland, Chicago, and Taipei. In 2017, I added a few more places to my check list: Vancouver, Boston, and LA.

As great as NYC is, I decided that the world is just too large to spend all of it in one place. So in 2018, I set out to find a new place to call home. I traveled to 17 cities within 10 months. Countries included Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore, among many others.

Out of all of them, Taiwan stole my heart. I've been living in Taipei officially as of May 2019, working as a copywriter for a tech company.

2018 was the best year of my life. I quit my job in the fashion industry and traveled for 10 months. 99% of that time has been made possible by Airbnb, but I'm occasionally scoping out Couchsurfing as a means to meet new people in new cities.

I studied abroad in the UK during college. This was my first time leaving home and I was able to visit a few countries in Europe while living in the UK. This experience kickstarted my love of traveling.
