ABOUT ME

All about me?! Seriously?!
Ok, I'm a student from Dresden where I live with my three other flatmates. I used to love travelling but it has become a lil calm recently. I love to meet people from all over the world, enjoy different cultures and traditions. I don't like television, but I do like cinemas. I absolutely love speaking french and would love to return to France where I lived for unfortunately only half a year.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't take yourself too serious. I think we are all one out of 7 or 8 billion, I don't even know how many people there are, but there are a lot. I don't think any kind of selfishness does not lead to anything, if you have the time, try to work as much as you can if you are living in a developed country and donate it to orphanages or whatever in regions where people are less fortunate! Do think of other people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to host as many people as I can and try to show them around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Overall good. Sometimes even very good. Howsoever, I also had experience with people that mainly thought I am a kind of hostel. I am a bit reserved to Americans generally, no offense, but there are simply some cultures I am not getting along with, in any way, I always tried to host especially Americans if I could. Unfortunately they always confirmed my prejudice, but I still want to be open-minded, when it comes to that..

Intereses

Sleeping, reading, studying, drinking beer, playing board games, cooking, eating, hiking, umm.. did I mention sleeping?!

Música, películas y libros

Movies: Basically many French and Scandinavian movies, I absolutely do not like Hollywood movies, esp. Action movies, love stories, that kind of stuff... yuk

Music: I do love 80s music, esp. New Order, Kraftwerk and so on. I also love music from the golden 90s. I have absolutely no idea what's going on in the music scene at the moment, since I generally do not listen to the radio nor do I own a TV..

As I mentioned, french-speaking people are invited to come as I need to talk french from time to time. I think I have nothing to teach, only to learn.
