Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is the best way to meet local people when you go abroad, and there's nothing better than hanging out with a person who lives in the country to have an idea of the daily life there! I like to see touristy stuff, but I enjoy even more going to the local pub and sharing experiences with real people :)

Interests

Like every couchsurfer, I love traveling and seeing new things. I enjoy speaking other languages and I learn at least the basics before going in a foreign country.
Other than that, I enjoy the simple things; sharing a good meal and some wine with friends (yes, that is so French), going to the cinema (a lot), cycling, playing squash...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
My parents didn't give me any other choice than listening to 60-70-80s music, so I'm into the "old" classic stuff like the Beatles, the Doors, the Pink Floyd and so on... But I've been trying to vary a bit ;) and like to listen to different things, rock/pop rock/folk/electro music...

Movies:
It's too hard to pick favourite movies! Please don't ask me that! :D

Books:
I used to read a lot but the internet and all the good series killed the reader in me! But I still love an occasional book, preferably fantasy or SF to be sure I escape to the daily boring life :)
