I’m Mariona, and I’ve recently moved to a small village just outside Olot. The village is surrounded by mountains and nature 🍃— a quiet, peaceful place if you enjoy calm environments and the outdoors.

I work in public and institutional relations for a social enterprise, and I love meeting people, exchanging stories, and learning from new perspectives.

Most of my Couchsurfing experiences come from when I lived with my friend Cèlia in another home. Now I’m here on my own — the place is new, but the spirit of sharing and exchange is the same. 😊

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I’m terrible at remembering song names, but music is always around me. What I listen to really depends on my mood — it can be soft and calm, upbeat and playful, or just something unexpected I’ve discovered by chance. I love letting music set the vibe.

Even though I’ve always gone for non-fiction, I’ve really fallen for Murakami’s books — there’s just something about his weird, dreamy stories that I love. And Spirited Away is one of those movies I never get tired of.
