ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm from Chicago, IL, where I grew up and now live with two lovely roommates. I just got a new job at a research firm that works with arts organizations and universities. It's pretty cool, but I miss being on the road!

In fall 2008 I quit my job to travel around France, Spain, and Israel, and work on farms through wwoof (willing workers on organic farms). I traveled by bike through the French countryside on my way between farms. Then in Israel, I stayed with my girlfriend in Jerusalem and we traveled a bit by bus--to Cairo on our most adventurous trip. Then I headed to Spain for a month, back to France, and back home to Chicago!

Now that I'm no longer a vagabond, I like to make pottery, bike around the city, read, climb trees, and do a bit of yoga. I speak English and Spanish, and am working on my French!
