I was born into a travel loving family and to this day I very much enjoy meeting new people, bettering my foreign language skills and exploring the world. There is still so much to see!

I am currently studying for my Bachelor in the lively Harry Potter city of Marburg.

Due to my wonderful experiences with Hostfamilies in the US and Costa Rica (who both took me in as their additional child for a year without reimbursement!) I now consider having 3 families instead of just one. These amazing experiences make a big part of who I am.

Strangers have opened their homes to me and made me a part of their families. This love and openness towards a stranger is a mindset I want to live by, too.

For me, the best way to get to know a foreign country or city is by living as or with a local. They not only have the best advice regarding their cities, but are also able to share a part of their culture and maybe food and drinks. ;)
