Hi all!!
I'm a 28 year old Dutch girl, currently back in Australia and it is amazing!
I went to Australia in October 2014 and lived at the Sunshinecoast for six months. After living there for six months I started backpacking in Australia in April 2015 and didn't want to go home when my visa ran out. So I made my way to New Zealand! I've bene traveling and working in New Zealand for a year, went to Malaysia, the Philippines and Cook Islands and now made my way back to Australia!

Before coming to Australia I was working as a therapist. I was told I probably couldn't keep my job because of the economic crisis. That was scary, maybe losing my safety and not knowing what was going to happen. But actually it was what I needed to start thinking about my life and what I really wanted to do; travel, meet new people, explore and see the world, but most of all live a life where I feel alive. So instead of waiting around and see if I could keep my job, I quit. And here I am, having the most amazing time of my life!
Learning so many things about life and myself, finding answers every day!

Oh and I love icecream and peanutbutter:)!

I think it is an amazing way to get to know new and interesting people, learn and explore new places.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment surfing on couches, matresses and hammocks. And looking forward to all the couchsurf-adventures yet to come!
I don't own a couch, bed or matrass at the moment, so I'm not hosting right now. But when I'm all settled again, I'll definitly host!

An A-M-A-Z-I-N-G book!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Just one? I've seen and done a lot of amazing things which I will always remember! Every little thing is amazing in its own way.
But one of these amazing things is scuba diving in South Africa, it was magical! Peaceful!
Oh and when Richard, a South African guy, dragged me to his house to show me the diploma on the wall, which he got when he passed the class we gave about HIV/AIDS. He was so proud!
Oh and sleeping under the bright and shiny stars in the outback of Australia.
Oh and dancing in the dark!
And I can keep going....
