Hey there! I'm Marissa, 21 years young and I recently moved to the Netherlands in 2017. I was an Au Pair in beautiful California for 2 years, to be specific in the Bay Area of San Francisco. My time there was truly amazing and I got to know so many people from all over the world. Traveling became a big part of my life during that time and I not planing on giving up on it. I'd love to explore more in Europe, since I haven't seen that much of it yet. That is why I moved to the Netherlands - I am studying in a beautiful city called Utrecht.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I love to travel and see new places and cultures. I think it is always better to have a local around you when you're in a new city. Instead of staying in a hostel or airbnb. You know all the cool places and secret spots. People in Hostels are also just tourist and don't really know the city/place like someone who actually lives there.

Favorite Music - Country. But I also love Dance music and going to festivals. It's a crazy experience and always so much fun!

I'm obsessed with books! Never let me go alone in a book store after payday. It doesn't end good for my bank account. My favorite books are Young Adult Fiction/Fantasy.

I don't really have one favorite movie. I like all different kinds of genre and I love to go to the movie theater. My favorite Tv shows are Criminal Minds and Arrow. Currently obsessing with Prison Break..
