ABOUT ME

I grew up in Webster Groves, MO (a small suburb of St. Louis). I decided to try something different for college so I went to the University of Florida (Go Gators!). After college I moved to south Florida where the weather is wonderful, but it was WAY too crowded for me. I recently moved to Milwaukee to start medical school and LOVE it here. After medical school I hope to live somewhere with mountains! I love anything outdoors, live music, traveling, and my two wonderful dogs.

PHILOSOPHY

I strongly believe that everyone should live their lives in such a way that they never contribute to the pain and suffering of others. You never know the battle that others are fighting. I try to live by the golden rule. Over time I have discovered that the best things in life really are free. A winter sunset, the sunrise over the ocean, music, a sky full of stars, and a full moon are all far more impressive to me than anything material. I constantly stare out into space and freak myself out by thinking too hard about things we will never know and I could never begin to understand. I have a strong appreciation for our planet and would like to someday make my way all over it! I try to cut my impact as much as possible (although I am a hypocrite and leave the ac on fairly constantly in south Florida). Regardless, I plan to leave this place a little bit better than I found it and hope that you do too!
