To understand and deepen my love for self, humanity, societies, Earth, Universe. To experience, be immersed in, study and analyze counter culture of America; to frolic on the fringe! And to support, encourage and manifest sustainable artistic communities.

ABOUT ME

I was born in NY but have been hopping East coast states since birth. These moves shaped who I am and wove into my being invaluable lessons and insight on loss, transients, space and relationships. This multi-layered foundation of an upbringing spawned a momentum for travel and interpersonal growth which I continue to feed.

I am a passionate people-person with a hunger for adventure, spontaneity and artistic community. Challenge is where I thrive and I’ve always aimed to provide a fresh and creative approach to everything I do. I sincerely appreciate and encourage open-minded and original thinkers and consider myself one. My vibrant motivation stems from my understanding that there is no love or liberation without honest labor.

These days on the weekdays you'll find me juggling classes and babies. And on the weekends I'll be stage-front rocking out or grooving to some psychedelia/ heavy wailing funk or probing the pubic to engage on a more spiritual level over a cold one.

I've been scribbling notes, sloppy gibberish, free-verse and prose poetry in leather notebooks and they are beginning to stack up. I've got a couple blog and novel ideas cooking.

I am ambitious. Think manifest destiny, only with a loaded heart and a mouth full of wild flowers.

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.

Either write things worth reading or do things worth writing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Packed a suitcase and moved to NYC with no plan.

Quit my job with zero notice and jumped in a ramshackle van to join a traveling band of semi-strangers Cross-Country for two months with no plan. The best time of my life.

Swimming with dolphins and barracuda, zip lining in Costa Rican mountains, hiking Appalachia, backpacking through Puerto Rico, skinny dipping in mountains of Northern California...
