ABOUT ME

I make a living as a youth educator, activist yoga teacher.

I've met a lot of great friends through couch surfing. Traveling is amazing because it is so raw and helps one to let go of all filters and really allow the current to take you.

I believe in the supreme power of Positivity and the importance of having a sense of humor. Funny, open-minded people are awesome.

I love music, cycling, animals.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the idea of my community as a global community. something i learned in Africa is that you can never be too generous or hospitable and a little goes a long way in that respect. I would welcome an opportunity to host couchsurfers and i hope that people will open their couches to me, as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Showing up at 7am in Vienna with no plan and nowhere to stay pre-arranged, I happened upon a couchsurfer who opened her home to me (and lent me a bike!) and a trip that was meant to be two days turned into a week! I had such an amazing time and I am very lucky to still be friends with those folks from Vienna- two of whom visited me this year and it was fabulous.
