ABOUT ME

Hello! I am a 21-year old, university senior studying Marketing, Spanish, and Journalism, who has recently developed a passion for traveling around the world. I just returned from studying abroad in Spain Fall 2014 semester. I was able to explore 7 different countries in Europe. My favorite part was learning all about the different cultures and meeting some amazing people. I hope to return to Europe in the next year and a half to continue my travels. I have been told that I am extremely friendly, positive, motivated, and fun. I am learning how to live my life with an open mind, however I am terrified of trying new foods (which is a little weird) but hopefully this experience will force me to get over this irrational fear. What is living if you can't learn to take risks right? :)

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everything happens for a reason. Whether or not we understand that reason is beyond us, but trust in fate and live in the moment. Do not dwell on the past or what could have been because you can never get that time back. Know your worth and do not settle for anything that is less than what you deserve. Set out to find true happiness, and while you do that, don't be afraid to "live, laugh, love"

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I was living in San Diego, my roommate was an avid user of couch surfing so we hosted a few people. It was always such a fun time getting to know different people! When I came to Europe, I had couch surfed bit in Italy, Brussels, Paris, and Budapest and had an amazing time!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had a great time couch surfing ! It was great to be able to live like a local and get shown around the cities!

I want to experience the world by traveling to different destinations, and integrating myself into their culture. They say that traveling around the world is one of the most humbling experiences and that it changes you for the better. Well, I am in need of a good change, so bring it on!
