I am 54 years old woman from Tampere, Finland. I am retired because of neuropathy but it doesn´t mean that my life should be boring. I was told about couchsurfing by a friend of mine. I have a good sense of humour, I am friendly and open but at the beginning I can be a bit shy, or not..

I can offer my couch and and lots of books to you. I have three cats and there is no chance to get out of my flat without cat hair. I live near lake (200 m) and there is ~4 km to the centre of Tampere.

Oh, and you don´t need bed clothings or towels here by me. I have everything.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Have always been interested in different cultures and loved traveling! As I am retired my money situation doesn´t allow me to travel as much as I want so maybe CS is a solution for me.

Reading, bookcrossing, cats and other pets, travelling (naturally), walking, nature, sea, lakes and gym, experiencing new things and meeting new people, learning about other cultures, learning a bit of your language and getting to know new people and having friends.

Music, from metal rock to classical. Favorite movies, hmmm, I watch almost every genres. I am not so picky one.

And books... let´s say that I read everything except westerns and Harlequins. Some of my favs are Life of Pi, Pride and Prejustice, biographies...

At this age I have experienced so many amazing things! I really need to think before I can name one. .. but one thing is that I have hitch hiked cross the Negev desert in Israel. And one huge amazing thing is all the great persons I have met during my trips.
