I love music, photography, art, skiing and of course, gastronomy!
I was born and raised in Chile, where I studied design and then gastronomy, which brought me to live 6 months in France working in a restaurant with Michelin star in the Basque Country, near Biarritz, at the southeast of France.
In winter, I love to go skiing and work like an instructor for the past few years.
