Hello, my name is Maritza but I like people to say Mari, I'm here because I like to share with people from other countries and to konow of them their travel stories, which also motivate me to continue planning my trips alone.

Currently I have my own business, it is an online flower and gift store that has been in the market for more than 5 years and I am very obsessive about work, but that does not limit me to being able to share with the people who come to my house.

- People who share and do not come home only to use it as a hostel, so I do not receive people for a single night. (ask for host from 2 to 4 days maximum)
- People who go out to explore and know the city, not stay at home all the time!
- People who love animals, I have 2 CATS and one of them is super sociable, she loves to climb on the knees of visitors, if you don't like it or have an allergy, don't ask me to host.
- Orderly and respectful people
- Preferably to have more than 15 references, I need to know who I receive at home.

I think I am a good host, my comments indicate it but I am not perfect and I have had some bad experiences that is why I became more strict, I am sorry, but it is my space and if you comply with this you are welcome to my little house.

Holas me llamo Maritza pero me gusta que digan Mari, estoy aqui porque me gusta compartir con personas de otros países y que me cuenten sus historias viajeras, que también me motivan a seguir planificando mis viajes sola.
Actualmente yo tengo mi propio negocio es una tienda de flores y regalos online que ya que lleva mas de 5 años en el mercado y soy muy obsesiva con el trabajo, pero eso no me limita a poder compartir con las personas que llegan a mi casa.

- Gente que comparte y no llegue a casa solo a usarla como hostal por lo que no recibo gente por una sola noche. (pedir host desde 2 a 4 días máximo)
- Gente que salga a recorrer y conocer la ciudad, no que se quede todo el tiempo en casa!
- Gente amante de los animales, tengo 2 GATAS y una de ella es super sociable, le encanta subirse a las rodillas de los visitantes, si no te gusta o tienes alergia no me pidas host.
- Gente ordenada y respetuosa
- De preferencia que tenga mas de 15 referencias, necesito saber a quien recibo en casa.

Creo que soy una buena anfitriona, mis comentarios así lo indican pero no soy perfecta y he tenido algunas malas experiencias por eso me puse mas estricta lo siento, pero es mi espacio y si cumples con esto eres bienvenido(a) a mi casita.
