CURRENT MISSION

My girlfriend and I are planning to travel to the Hawaiian Islands this summer (27th August till 2nd October). On the way, we want to meet new, inspiring people, see beautiful places and get a glimpse of other cultures and ways of life. I only rediscovered Couchsurfing last year when we travelled to Istanbul by bus and train. We made new friends in Sofia along the way. On my travels to New Zealand, Indonesia and Vietnam I made some really great memories through Couchsurfing. That's why I want to reactivate my Couchsurfing experience.

ABOUT US
I'm 27 years old and have just finished my master's degree in Innovation Management. Before starting a job in November, I want to go on an adventurous trip to the Hawaiian Islands and to Morocco. Luna is joining me in September. We don't want to be mainstream tourists, but we'd like to get in touch with the locals to discover the countries in a different way. In the past I hitchhiked a lot and participated in programs such as Couchsurfing or WWOOFing.

We would describe ourselves as open-minded, humorous and easy-going people, that just enjoy making new experiences and meeting genuine people and get to know interesting stories.

I enjoy most kinds of music! Bob Dylan, Mako Road, Giant Rooks, Ben Howard, Kings of Leon, Paolo Nutini, Chet Faker, Bonobo, Milky Chance, Eminem, the list is endless.

A book I can highly recommend is 'The Kite Runner' by Khaled Hosseini! Luna really enjoys reading, sometimes we read together :)

Travelling itself! You see great places, meet amazing people and learn about different cultures, ways of life and a lot about yourself. You just grow so much while travelling!
