Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To have more time for art classes and to travel the world
ABOUT ME
I go to gym&walks regularly, interested in arts, music (classical, world music), not often at home
Any artistic activity (art courses, exhibitions, films) takes priority over housework!
I also like reading, cooking, catching up with friends&making new friends. Weekends my daughter Anna and I go to garage sales (like a fleamarket in a smaller scale), school fetes and opshops (second hand shops) looking for treasure!
PHILOSOPHY
I would like to protect our natural resources, grow our own vegetables, pollute less, use less energy, have composting toilets!
Leave the world in a better shape for future generations.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I work as a volunteer with Paperworks (paperworks.org.au), which is a social enterprise making paper products out of recycled denim (jeans) and plant materials. Paperworks trains and employs people from marginalised groups in Canberra.I would like to have more time for protecting the environment, to plant trees etc.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not had much opportunities yet, hopefully I will be able to host people in Canberra in the future as it would be great to meet people from other parts of the world!
