I was born year 1990 in a rather small town called Tampere in Finland and after childhood in an even smaller town of 30k people I settled in Helsinki to live adulthood. That is until I met my fantastic boyfriend and we decided to move to Australia.
I've always loved travelling and a nomadic lifestyle is what I prefer. I love being outdoors, swimming in the ocean, having long walks or just reading a book (preferably Kerouac or Hesse!)on a beach. Also I enjoy cooking some nice veg meals and drinking good coffee. In future I hope to travel to South America and also learn how to work with new materials in arts....

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been travelling quite a lot but now it's the first time that we'll be settling into a new city for a longer period of time where we dont know anybody. Would be perfect to get friends in a new city and learn which places are the secret spots of Melbourne! I love the idea of randomly staying at random people's homes, one can never know what to expect, the best days ever could follow with similar minded people:)

Arts , I really love to draw graphic pictures. Would love to learn how to work on wood and do oil paintings.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time ever when I was trying surfing a group of hump back whales passed me, that was amazing yet scary

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn german as I have a weak spot for Berlin and I'm planning on moving there someday.... Also anything art related, gardening and hand skills is very welcomed knowledge!

I can teach u to speak Finnish or Swedish, teach how to paint a wall or fix old furniture... or how to make a perfect smoothie.... :)
