Overview
About Me
I'm Mark, born and raised in London. I'm currently doing a PhD in medical imaging, which means I spend lots of time looking at scans of peoples brains. My PhD means I get to travel a lot for conferences, which is great, but I'm keen to try and get a more authentic experience of places and the best way to do that is through meeting locals!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people from all over the world, and to experience the world in the best way possible - by meeting locals!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have no experience yet but I'm hoping that I will have some before I return home! I have friends that have couchsurfed many times with very positive experiences. I can't host at the moment because I live in a flat with five other people, but plan to once I get my own place!
