Hi!

I'm originally from Duluth, Minnesota. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Duluth (UMD) with a BA in philosophy, I moved to Tokyo and taught English there for 3.5 years. I later traveled and worked in more countries, including Switzerland, Turkey, England and the United States. After attending grad school in the U.K., I eventually returned to Tokyo, where I now teach at a number of universities. I've lived in Japan now for more than 15
