I'm an ex Englishman who has 4 teenage kids, loves anything to do with the ocean and splits my time between here and Wellington.

This is a beautiful 1 acre property on the sand dunes, a few minutes walk to a wonderful, safe and secluded beach (with great fishing) an hour drive north of Wellington. In the early stages of converting to fully organic, self sustainable wellbeing retreat centre see http://circuitbreaker.nz.

Semi-rural seclusion (the area is designated an "area of natural beauty") and peace & quiet. Small new house and four other small tiny house cabins on-site (a couple on Airbnb currently e.g. https://www.airbnb.co.nz/rooms/30718280) plus plenty of room for camping. Modern guest shower, laundry and bathroom facilities. Kayaks, canoes, surfboards, volleyball, pizza oven, swing, campfire.

In return for board I'm looking for help with general gardening (a bonus is you have woodworking / roofing / interior design / decorating skills as we are gradually upgrading the cabins).
