Room has a comfortable couch and a balcony with nice views of the city. Plus a good chance of nice afternoon sun and sunsets. An even better chance of typical Dutch grey skies and rain :).

For guests, my home has a cat (ragdoll) who is very friendly and likes to wander about so you have to be ok with that.
