ABOUT ME

Traveled to Australia for 3 weeks right before the pandemic and stayed! Spent a few years living on Great Keppel Island before heading down to Brisbane.

From Washington, DC originally, I am relaxed, open-minded and enjoy a good conversation. I spent a year or two doing workaways, so I'm always happy to contribute whether it be cleaning or other tasks.

I love most nature oriented activities and having a nice cold beer.

I think couch surfing provides a more interesting experience. I enjoy meeting people and I think couch surfing and volunteering provides a better insight into local communities and culture.

I once was a World Cultures teacher in China and just really enjoy experiencing cultures all around the world.

I enjoy going to concerts, hiking, going to (and working) music festivals, playing hand percussion, good conversations and cooking a great meal.
