Last but not least: Don't send me last moment request. Especially "Urgent situation - my host cancelled my request and I don't have place to sleep". Go to hotel, hostel, B&B.

Golf players are more than welcome.
A real owners of my flat are two sphynx cat.

Don't need help in the kitchen. Feel free to swap the floor or take a walk with my dog (especially on morning:).
I don't drink but I like drunk people. Use drugs out of my sight. Smoke on balconies.
Prefer independent traveler.
The Fridge is my, all you find in is yours.
