ABOUT ME

I've been working as a tour guide in national parks and other places and am looking at becoming a mariner. I went to school for music and enjoy to play a tune and sing a song. I'm as easy going as they come and enjoy the outdoors more than anything. I'm always looking to meet new people and cherish the friends I've already made. I spent the last summer on a glass bottom tour boat checking out shipwrecks, lighthouses, and Canada's first national marine park. Before that I worked in an educational maple sugar bush. I like to bounce around and go with the flow. I rarely plan out my day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new and joined because I'm just beginning a jaunt across the states with a good friend. I love the concept and will likely become an active member if all goes well on this excursion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So far I've enjoyed most of the things I've done in my life. I love backcountry camping and my trips to Algonquin and Killarney provincial parks have been some of the highlights in the last couple years.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really enjoy learning about the geology and ecology of new areas as well as the poluation movements and growth of an area. Current music scene of cities is also something I'm very interested in.
Because of my work as a tour guide I'm very knowledgeable about the Bruce Pennisula region of Ontario. I took a wide variety of studies at university and I feel I can have a pretty good discussion on almost any topic. If I there's something I want to know, I'll ask.
