ABOUT ME | I tend to over-analyze my life (decisions, etc) and I am amazed with people who can live on the moment and let things pass, without controlling the path/s to get the desired result.

I just started to enjoy and appreciate doing spontaneous stuff - but I still can't do it all the time. :)

I'm open on different ideas. I believe people should have the freedom to believe on what they want to believe and do what they want to do given that they don't hurt anybody -- but -- there should be a clear delineation between facts and opinions. I have little tolerance and avoid inter-acting with people who trivialize facts: examples are:
(a) The world is not flat. It has been a fact that we are living in a geoid/sphere shaped planet. Period.
(b) If you do not believe that vaccines, who went through multiple rounds of testing and relies on community 'herding' for it to be effective on populations - please skip my profile. As a scientist and an aspiring sociologist, I get emotionally triggered, even if you put logic to weaponize 'beliefs' that vaccines are created to "control" societies.
(c) Generally leaning on anarchy tendencies, instead of trying to help solve problems.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did my first couchsurfing in Oslo and then Riga and It was a very good experience.

I was able to meet good hosts in Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires that helped me change my perspective of traveling and interacting with locals. I really really liked my hosts (a very nice couple named Santi & Mili) in Buenos Aires which made me want to participate more in CouchSurfing (as a host or surfer). 😀

Interests

My key interests are (1) Politics, esp the Global South, (2) Tennis, (3) Modern Art, (4) Sociology and Applied Philosophy. Or anything that is interesting - I'm a bit of an info seeker and enjoy learning new things/topics.

I like traveling and had been to 77 countries to date. My next target is Oceania then go back to Latin America or explore more countries in Africa.
