About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My wife and I have are currently on a trip in Australia where we are living in Sydney for 6 months then trekking around a bit. Next stops are Uluru, Melbourne and Hobart then we head to New Zealand for three weeks to see as much as we can before heading back home.
ABOUT US
Our goal in life is to experience as much of the world as we can together. We are slowly breaking out of the house and kids with a 9-5 job mentality and making the world our home as much as we can. Currently we're couchsurfing around to get to know people on this amazing journey. Of course we have some sites we want to see and we're more than happy to invite any all who want to join us whether it be for a bite to eat, a beer, or a 3 hour drive to see some massive rocks sticking out of the ocean. I have a passion for cutting hair and want to cut as much as I can while on this wild ride!
Once we get back home from this trip we are heading straight into planning for our next trip. In the time we spend at home before heading out on another adventure, we plan to buy some land and build multiple tiny homes, one for ourselves and others for our family, friends, and fellow travelers.
PHILOSOPHY
Be kind and life will be great.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Once we've built our tiny home we will become hosts and invite any and all travelers to experience our life for a night or two, or more. Until then we can offer a few hours of our lives to anyone that is willing to host us and I will graciously cut your hair whether it needs it or not. We both love meeting new people and experiencing the culture of the places we travel too. Sure, seeing all the sites are great and we intend to do those things, but at the same time we want to see how our lives differ from the rest of the world to achieve a better understanding of life on this amazing planet.
Interests
Rock climbing, cycling, craft beer, philosophy, tiny home movement, sometimes running, hiking, camping, Disneyland, culture, seeing what the world has to offer outside of what we've grown up seeing on a daily basis.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We got married and within hours were on a plane to Europe. It was one of the best experiences we've both have ever had and now the goal is to top it with every adventure we go on.
Decided on a whim to move to Australia for 6 months.

Teach, Learn, Share
We are respectful people and will respect your home and space. We love sharing our life story and hearing the stories of others all over the world. We haven't seen the world just yet, but we've traveled and had the honor in staying on the homes of others. We love to get to know people, how they live, what they do for a living, etc., as well as sharing our stories to any open ears.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I cut hair and would love to cut your hair if it's needed. I offer at least that for opening your home to me and my wife. We would love to cook for you as well. We aren't gourmet chefs, but we can make a delicious Mexican quinoa dish or stir fry or breakfast burritos (my favorite).
