ABOUT ME

I am an easy going fella, with a sharp wit and a great sense of humour (so I am told).
I enjoy fine ales, beers and spirits... but I try to behave. hahaha

I have lived in Lake Louise, Alberta, Ottawa ON, Guelph, ON...but born and raised in Brockville, ON.
I have traveled to St. Maarten, Martinique, Barbados, St. Thomas US Vigin Islands, all over upstate New York,Boston USA, Atlanta USA, San Juan Puerto Rico, and many many other places in Canada too!

PHILOSOPHY

Try hard to be positive,try to never say harsh things to people and be polite to everyone, even the ones you really do not like... burning bridges and all that.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just beginning, so I offer drinks and meeting for coffee, tours etc and room to stay for the right surfers for now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed in Glengarriff, Co. Cork Ireland, with a great family.

Saved a drowning man in Alberta,
Was nearly blown up by a hand grenade,
Watched a baby being born naturally and by C-Section.
(and that is three for sure)

Insegna, impara, condividi

Cooking, Bartending, Canadian Military background, Nursing and Corrections in Canada,
and I would like to learn a new language or two, or just the simple basics to start. I want to learn other countries customs and laws.
I am a certified instructor for A.S.I.S.T. and CPI non-violent physcial intervention.
