To see more of the world...
AUG 15 - I'M CURRENTLY JOB-HUNTING. I haven't been online much and have been quite busy, but feel free to send me a couch request anyway.
I'm an adventurous kinda guy, I like trying new things and meeting new people. I'm determined to make my mark on the world, and hope to see more of it.
I'm an empath. I'm silly around silly people and quiet around quiet people, but I'm more likely to ramble on than let there be an awkward silence.
I enjoy quiet nights, good conversation, trivia nights and movies during the week, but I'll have a hard time saying no if you want to go out and party... weekends are usually spent with friends but where we end up could be anyones guess.
If you're not happy... change something.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love trying new things and hate turning down an offer to get up and go somewhere. I try to find a balance between work, and life and hosting.
I've been couch-surfing for a few years but I'm not the most active user. Most of my experiences are from local meet ups rather than traveling, but I've met some really great people and hope to meet many more.
One thing that always catches me out is the words and phrases we use everyday that make perfect sense to us, but mean nothing to foreigners. Things that don't even strike me as obscure colloquialisms.
I've hosted a lot and I'm trying to travel just as much over the next couple of years.
Music, Movies, Photography, Film Making, Acting, Socialising, Design and Art.
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm pretty open to anything... but if you want favourites, I like Time-based and/or Time Travel movies. Eternal sunshine, Back to the Future, Butterfly Effect...
I like good TV and silly TV. Sherlock, Game of Thrones, New Girl, House, Community, Walking Dead, How I Met Your Mother, Dexter...
I have a horrible attention span, so I'm technically still reading the millennium trilogy, several Nick Hornby books, Jeff Lindsays Dexter books, the Game of Thrones books, several Arthur Conan Doyle works...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Skydive in Las Vegas. One of the most incredible experiences of my life - youtu.be/Xy2izf8LexI
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm Web/graphic designer, I like photography too... so thats probably what I have to offer. In terms of what I'd like to learn about, I'd be interested in hanging out with other photographers, film makers, anyone who speaks Japanese (currently forgetting most of what I learnt).
