I'm originally from Novi Sad, Serbia, but I moved to Slovenia after graduating to be with my girlfriend (and now wife), Tina. I studied history and my wife is a translator. We love to spend our free time outdoors, unplugging from the digital world we inhabit during our work week.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

My wife and I both love to travel - as we can't wander off to see the world as much as we'd like, we are now (finally, after a couple of years of living in small spaces) letting the world come to us :) We both whole-heartedly support the idea behind Couchsurfing and are looking forward to meeting new friends!

Interesses

In a nutshell: we enjoy all the interesting and beautiful things this world has to offer. For me, this includes karate, music (I play the guitar and piano) and kayaking, for Tina, yoga and plant-based cooking and baking. We both enjoy a good conversation, preferably over a glass of wine and some home-made goods :)

One of my favourite travel-related memories is a 2-month overland trip from Slovenia to Egypt (via Turkey, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan) Tina and I took in 2008.
