ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Mark from Leeds, England. I first heard about couchsurfing while living in Belo Horizonte and planning a trip down to São Paulo. That all went really well, and since then I've had a few other nice experiences too, all in Europe. All experiences have been really positive, and I've enjoyed all the surprises along the way.

Interests

I enjoy things like watching and playing sports, walking, cycling, general exercise stuff, music, films, tv etc. but don't keep up with modern shows. I listen to a lot of podcasts, mostly about sport, science, people, or comedy and the world in general.

Music, a lot variety. Here's a few artists that I listed years ago and won't change much...

Gang Starr, EpMd, Slick Rick, Kool G Rap, some Busta Rhymes, stuff like that.

Some Linkin Park, Dilated Peoples, Keith Murray, Rakim, Slum Village, Joni Mitchell, Sade, The Roots...etc etc that'll do.

Movies: Enjoy watching them when there's a good moment.

Books: Some favourites include To Kill A Mocking Bird, Revolution Day, Lucky Man, Last Exit To Brooklyn and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
