To go and never stop going until I get there
"Didn't make sense not to live for fun" This is like my life guide, I like to have fun! Ok, you might be thinking that's kinda obvious because everybody likes to have fun.. But not of all them remembers it though. Sometimes you might stop yourself from doing something that sounds crazy or that you think you can regret later but if you have fun, if you enjoy doing it, there's no way it can be wrong.I love to meet new people, new places, new cultures, new languages, new new new.. even though I have a hard time leaving the old behind, I get involved too quickly with some things and I hate goodbyes. We just recently reserved a wall of the house for the CSers to sign it, so this way, once you have left, a little bit of you will stay with us forever (until we move hahaha just kidding but not really). I like to live for the moment and not to think of what could have happened, The things I regret are the ones I DIDNT do. This life is too short to be crying for the rest and not enjoy the moment you have on your hands. My mom once told me she new she had lost me to the world, that's me, I'm from the world. I like, I want, I can't wait, I need to see what is all out there. I feel guilty everytime I get bored.. I mean, look at all the people and places you can be and you're just at home watching tv, no.. that's not a life for me.
If I had to define me in one word: "wanderlust", it means the strong desire for or impulse to wander or travel and explore the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I always host when I'm free/available.. I don't like during it while I'm working because I do believe CS is more than just a place to crash. Sometimes I'm only free for a day so I just message people that are around Rio, try to do something with them, hang out and I'm trying to be a regular attendance at the weekly meeting.
Coolest idea in the world.

I do like a little of everything.I can have fun at clubs but I also enjoy just sitting in a bar and spend the whole night laughing and having fun with my friends. As pretty much all other brazilians, I LOVE soccer. Few things can be as exciting as yelling your team's anthem and jumping with the crowd. My grandpa was a soccer player back in the time so this is a love shared through the whole family. I've always being a city girl, used to traffics, malls, beaches, tons of people and all this kind of stuff but I also enjoy the "country style", camping, hiking, diving, bonfires and watching the stars in a beautiful night.. Who said you can't have it all?Besides the new, I like the different. I started acrobactic silk classes, that might be known as circus techniques and it's so much fun, I love it. I also do yoga and I'm into meditation. I've been vegetarian for almost 5 years now along with my mom but if you ever crush here, don't worry about having to eat the same as us, my dad is not one. :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Into the Wild has got to be the greatest movie of all time, it has inspired me ever since I saw and someday I may become a Supertramp myself.Other movies I really like are Moulin Rouge, Forrest Gump, Hair, Benjamin Button, Before Sunrise & Before Sunset, L'Auberge espagnole, Up, Closer, Big Fish, Whatever Works, Babel, Fight Club, Across the Universe, The Wizard of Oz, Nothing Hill, The Tree of Life among many many many others. When it cames to music is not even fair to make a list, I listen to pretty much everything! For me, there's not such thing as good music or bad music just music I like and music I don't (or haven't heard..)The Cather in the Rye and On the Road share first place in my list. I grew up reading to Harry Potter and I can't deny my passion for it. The books I like are the paper ones, when it comes to reading, I don't like the technology such as Ibooks or whatever, I'd rather keep it old-fashioned.

Teach, Learn, Share
Sometimes I feel like I'm as a tourist in Rio as you are, I've never been up to Christ or have done many things that you might have learned as "must-do-Rio-stuff", but I think CouchSurfing goes beyond it. I host people not to share them the tourist view, but the local one. :)
