Hey there,
we are two German students traveling eastern europe this summer!
We enjoy traveling as simple as possible and meeting new people across the globe. It's always nice to make new experiences and make new friends in foreign places.

Other than that, we both live a vegan lifestyle and care deeply about animals. We are never going to be pushy about that subject; that's not us; but if there is interest we are happy to tell you all about our experiences and philosophy! :)

We love to go to concerts & festivals together.
We share the same taste in music, including pop, indie,rock, alternative, and electronic music. Our favorites are: Arctic Monkeys, Fall out Boy, Panic! at the disco, THE 1975, alt-J, Jon Bellion, EDEN, Jaymes Young, Kansas

For movies we enjoy movies with a deep meaning and also with a factor of something supernatural, surprise and/or horror:
Into the wild, LIFE, Shutter Island, HANNA, How I Live Now
Game of Thrones, Supernatural

Books: Eragon, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Into the wild, also a fan of poetry!

We both spent one year in the US (California & Kansas) and in addition to that, we traveled across the states! (Lots of great national parks and hiking trails)
Marla: I ran a half marathon in 2014 which running and training for was a great experience!
Jil: yeah.. and I got bitten by a snake in Thailand, great experience I tell ya
