Like everyone I had soo many beautiful experience I’m deeply greatful for and the things I’m most proud of are connected to my dream:

•Last year I published my first book 📚 it’s about the skill to influence our emotions, thoughts and behaviour for our good.

•I started to give Seminars to teenagers in school, to show them how their brain works and how they can influence their emotions and thoughts for there on good.

I always have positivity and a open ear. Helping is no problem form me and I do what ever has to be done!

I insist on inviting you to a refreshing drink in your favourite bar, get some snacks for your four legged friend (if you have one and I may of course ) or just grab something to eat while we are taking a walk and sharing the present moment!

Of course besides that some nice story’s, practical knowledge about our brain and emotions,
lots of laughter and some bad German jokes -which will makes no sense at all in English.

If your interested in learning some German words, just practice your German or just want to hear it, I’m sure I can help with that. But if the last one does not fit with you, I’m fine as heaven - German sounds not that beautiful 🤗
