Overview
About Me
I grew up in a very small town of Espirito Santo, a Brazilian state. When I was 17, I left my hometown and moved to a bigger city to study and to work.
10 years later, living in Copacabana, with an Engineering degree and working for a big Brazilian oil company as a technician for 8 years, I decided to take the biggest turn in my life.
I decided to leave a safe job, an above-the-average salary and a promising career as an Engineer to go back to school and study for at least six years to become a doctor. I knew taking this turn in my life wouldn’t be easy. I knew it was a big and scary decision. I was frightened at first. But I decided to take a leap of faith.
