ABOUT ME

I (Marloes) am a enthousiastic, social and adventures girl. I studied arts, policy and management in Groningen and i'm still living here because i recently found an intresting job, its about subsidising the local events of music, theatre, arts and sports. Groningen is a nice student's city in the north of the Netherlands!
You should come and visit!

I like to hang out with friends, do some sports (rowing, volleybal), going to bars and dance, but above all I like to travel!! I'm addicted to travelling!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to participate in CS with both hosting and visiting people. I've always been, and i'm still very interested in other countries with its people, cultures, habits and languages. Chatting with all kinds of people can open your eyes to the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before making this profile in CS i had already experieced crashing on couches at several places, mostly with the students association AEGEE Europe. I've hosted (and have been hosted at) several students from all over Europe. So CS is just perfect for me!

Portugal (in April-May 2009) was my first real experiece with couchsurfing and it was great! I went with Dorothée(Doro), see her profile: http://www.couchsurfing.org/people/doroooo/ ! We met so many nice Portugese! I would love to do this again and again, i'm sure there will follow many more nice experiences on this CS list!

The following couchsurf-trip was in Mallorca and Menorca with my boyfriend Rob. We're both very adventures and social! We've travelled a lot together, to many destinations in Europe and also Australia and Indonesia! We did a sailing trip on the Withsundays (magnificent) and hired a 4WD with 6 other people to go cracy at Fraser Island in Australia :) We like to meet locals when we're travelling and learn much from other cultures. We made new couchsurfingfriends on Mallorca&Menorca :)

My last CS experiences were mainly hosting in Groningen and travalling through Ireland, Cyprus and Poland.

My next CS experience will be with Rob in Hong Kong and the Philippines! So hopefully if you read this profile you'd like to meet us! Let's have some fun, you won't regret it! ;)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Most amazing things done/seen comes with the travelling!
I have travelled a lot in Europe (sometimes with the students assiciation AEGEE Europe, which is all over Europe), with my parents, my friend, boyfriend or alone.
But also backpacking in Australia, Thailand, Indonesia!! And studying in Sydney! All awesome experiences ;)
