I am a traveler at heart, spending the last three years exploring Australia, Asia and Europe. I am new to Couchsurfing, but have heard it's a great way to meet locals, and experience a different side of travelling. I love the idea of finding hidden or unique spots off the tourist track, and getting to know the real people and culture of any given place. I am the adventurous type. The current number one on my bucketlist is paragliding.I am also Canadian, so expect a polite and easygoing person, who is always up to talk about hockey (or preferably basketball).

Music, Movies, and Books

I am always listening to music, with whatever I do. I have a wide mix of tastes, growing up loving the classics (bruce springsteen, james taylor, elton john). I also love newer artists like Chance the Rapper, Childish Gambino, Bastille, Khalid, Clean Bandit, Imagine Dragons, Zara Larsson, Haim, Ed Sheeren.

As for movies, my favourites include Road To Perdition, Cool Hand Luke, Heat, Saving Private Ryan, Big Fish and Pirates of the Caribbean.
