About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finish university and then avoid serious employment for as long as possible.

ABOUT ME

Grew up in a small village near London, I've spent time working in traffic management and now I live in London with two charming young women. Recently been trying to see a bit more of the world, and get to grips with cultures different from my own. I've been to a few places around Europe and spent about 6 months in the states I also want to understand a lot more about my own little corner of the world. I'm fairly chatty and enjoy talking and laughing about almost anything. The best memories I have are of the interesting people I've met.

PHILOSOPHY

No one can see your good intentions

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just putting a place out there for any weary travellers to lay their heads, all are welcome. Me and my house-mates would love to have you and if we are free would try and show you some of the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Pleasant stories from travellers.

Interests

I like films and literature. People are pretty interesting too. I'm a big Arsenal(football) fan and love talking about philosophical concepts but am not too well versed.

Music, Movies, and Books

Really like Charlie Kauffman's screen plays and Gus Van Sant(some). Anything, Indie, Soul, Funk, Electronic, hippy/surfer rock. Any Beat Literature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once came back from a back to back night and day shift working on the roads. I was on the tube, dirty and exhausted. I fell asleep on a strangers shoulder. I woke up and apologised. She told me not to worry and to lay my head back down. I did and we spoke softly until our respective stops. It was one of the sweetest things a stranger has done for me. Humanity is rare on public transport.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn and share with people who write. Philosophy, Fiction, Critical.
